1. About Us

10pTickets is operated by 10P Tickets Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is in Maidstone, Kent. Contact us at hello@10ptickets.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

To enter any competition or draw you must:

• Be aged 18 or over at the time of entry
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom
• Have a valid registered account on 10ptickets.co.uk
• Not be an employee, director, or immediate family member of 10P Tickets Ltd or any associated local business partner

3. How to Enter

Paid Online Entry: Tickets are purchased at £0.10 per ticket unless otherwise stated. A maximum of 200 tickets per person per draw applies unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Wallet System: Users load credits to a wallet (minimum £2 top-up). 1 credit = 10p = 1 ticket. Credits are deducted on entry. No card fee is charged per ticket — only per wallet top-up.

Monthly Free Postal Draw: A dedicated free-entry draw runs monthly, open exclusively to postal entrants. To enter: write your name, address, date of birth and registered email on a postcard and post to: 10pTickets Free Draw, [PO Box Address], Maidstone, Kent. Entries must be received by the 25th of each month. One entry per person per month. Your registered email must match an active account.

4. The Draw

Each competition has a stated draw trigger — either a set date and time, or a sell-out trigger (fires automatically when all tickets are sold). All draws use a cryptographically verified random number generator. Results are final. Where possible, draws are conducted live on Facebook and/or YouTube.

5. Winners

Winners are notified within 24 hours via their registered email. Winners must respond within 14 days or the prize may be redrawn. Proof of identity may be required. Cash prizes are paid within 7 days of confirmation. Physical prizes within 14 days unless otherwise stated.

6. Lucky Dip Competitions

Lucky Dip draws allow the winner to select their prize from a pool of local prizes available in their area. The winner has 72 hours to select. If no selection is made, a prize will be allocated at our discretion. The prize pool may change before the draw date — we always ensure a minimum pool value equal to the stated draw value.

7. Refunds

All ticket purchases are final. Refunds are only available if a competition is cancelled before the draw, or if a technical error results in duplicate charges. Contact hello@10ptickets.co.uk.

8. Fraud

Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification and possible legal action. We reserve the right to void any ticket at our discretion.

9. Data Protection

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to processing your data to administer your entry and communicate about prizes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
